U.S Under-14 Boys National Team head coach Hugo Perez has has bestowed the great honor of inviting United FC B98 Gold (U14) team to play a friendly game versus U14 U.S. National Team at the Home Depot Center.

United FC B98 Gold team completed a historic run through the CalSouth National Cup tournament with a 2-0 win over Nomads SC in the finals held in Aliso Viejo, CA. During the tournament the team scored 20 goals, but more impressively posted six consecutive clean sheets, not allowing in a single goal the entire tournament. The team will now head to the Far West Regional's to be held in Phoenix, AZ in late June 2012.

Betsy Duerksen (Feb. 22nd, 2012) The United FC Boys '00 Gold team won the 2012/13 CalSouth Governor's Cup 5-4 in penalty kicks, defeating Beach FC in a tightly contested 0-0 match.  Jackson Swindle saved a PK during penalty kicks while all five United FC shooters converted their chances to lift the team to its first CSYSA-S State title.  During the tournament the team won seven straight games, outscoring their opponents 31 - 8 to get to the championship game. Dylan Morrone led the team offensively with numerous goals, while Stuart Wayland, Scottie Cole and Corbin Thaete were the defensive stalwarts. But it was the overall team effort that carried the team to success.
