Financial Assistance

Each season the United FC Board of Directors set aside money to be made available to individuals with a demonstrated financial hardship to help offset the cost of player tuition.

To make a request for financial assistance , download and complete the Financial Assistance Form at right. Once completed, mail the form along with the along with the supporting documentation outlined in the form to:

Because the amount of money set aside varies season to season, requests will be reviewed and prioritized at the sole discretion of the UFC Board of Directors.
